Min Shi Esq. is a seasoned trusts and estates and business law attorney. She advises clients with general estate planning, including wills and revocable trusts with estate tax planning, GST tax planning, and more advanced gift and estate planning, including using irrevocable life insurance trusts (ILITs), and intentionally defective grantor trusts (IDGTs), etc. She also advises clients on prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and different asset protection strategies. Ms. Shi advises many clients who have an international connection.
Ms. Shi also represents companies on a wide range of business law matters, including the formation of corporate entities, general corporate transactions, corporate financing, corporate governance, and compliance matters. She also advises high-net-worth investors on private equity transactions.
Prior to founding her own practice, Ms. Shi worked for Latham & Watkins, LLP in its New York office. At Latham & Watkins, LLP, she represented large companies and financial institutions in connection with registered and unregistered securities offerings, credit facilities, refinancing of existing secured credit facilities, and M&A transactions. Ms. Shi handled all aspects of deals including negotiating and drafting a wide variety of operative transaction documents. At Bloomberg, she worked on matters relating to brokerage, electronic trading, commodities, and OTC derivatives and oversaw legal aspects of swap execution facilities, etc.

史敏律师毕业于南京大学法学院，以年级第一的成绩获得法学学士学位，并保送本校读研获得经济法硕士学位。随后赴美深造，在美国弗吉尼亚大学法学院获得法律博士学位。史律师的母语为普通话、苏州话，工作语言为中文和英文。
史律师拥有纽约州和新泽西州的律师执业资格，并通过了中国的司法考试。
