问题解析 Understanding the Issue
顾名思义,“不可撤销信托”一旦设立,原则上就不能随意更改或撤销。财产转入信托后,法律上已不再属于您个人,而是归属信托。
By definition, an “irrevocable” trust cannot be easily changed or undone. Once property is transferred into the trust, it is no longer legally yours but belongs to the trust.
